M&L Studio sells personalised engraved gifts, custom products and related gift items.

Products

We try to show all products as accurately as possible. However, colours, wood grain, engraving shade and finish may vary slightly because of screen settings and natural material differences.

Wood is a natural material, so each item may have small differences in grain, colour and texture. This makes every product unique.

Personalised orders

Customers are responsible for entering personalisation details correctly.

This includes:

Names
Dates
Messages
Initials
Spelling
Capital letters
Punctuation
Design choices

We engrave the information exactly as provided unless clearly agreed otherwise.

If your personalisation request is unclear, we may contact you before making the item. This may delay production.

Refusing custom requests

We reserve the right to refuse personalisation requests that include offensive, hateful, abusive, illegal, discriminatory, threatening, or inappropriate content.

Prices and payment

All prices are shown in GBP.

Payment must be completed before we begin making or dispatching your order.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but this will not affect orders already accepted.

Order acceptance

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirms that we have received your order.

We may contact you if there is an issue with your order, stock, personalisation details, payment, or delivery information.

Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed unless clearly stated.

We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, couriers, incorrect addresses, bank holidays, weather, or events outside our control.

Returns and refunds

Personalised and custom-made items cannot usually be returned unless faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described.

All designs, images, text, branding, product photos and content on this website belong to M&L Studio or are used with permission.

Customer-provided designs

If you send us a logo, image, text, name, phrase or design, you confirm that you have permission to use it.

You are responsible for ensuring that your requested design does not infringe copyright, trademarks, or other rights.

We may refuse to create items using protected logos, brands, characters, football club badges, or other intellectual property unless you can show that you have permission.

We are not responsible for losses caused by incorrect information provided by the customer, including spelling errors, wrong personalisation details, or incorrect delivery addresses.
