Shipping Policy

At M&L Studio, most items are made to order and personalised especially for you. Please allow time for both production and delivery.

Processing time

Our usual processing time is:

2–5 working days for personalised engraved items
1–3 working days for non-personalised ready-made items, where available

During busy periods such as Father’s Day, Christmas, wedding season, and end-of-school teacher gift season, processing times may be slightly longer.

UK delivery

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom.

Estimated delivery after dispatch:

Standard UK delivery: 2–4 working days
Tracked delivery: available on selected products, where shown at checkout

Delivery prices are shown at checkout before payment.

Personalised items

Please check your spelling, names, dates and message before placing your order. We engrave the text exactly as provided by the customer.

If we notice something that looks unclear, we may contact you before making the item. This may delay processing until we receive your reply.

Delivery delays

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times are estimates and may be affected by postal delays, courier delays, bank holidays, weather, or busy seasonal periods.

If your order has not arrived within 7 working days after dispatch, please contact us at info@mandlstudio.co.uk.

Incorrect delivery address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery address at checkout.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we may ask you to pay the delivery cost again before resending the item.

Damaged items during delivery

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

Your order number
Photos of the damaged item
Photos of the packaging

We will review the issue and offer a suitable solution.
