At M&L Studio, we want you to be happy with your order.

Because many of our products are personalised or made to order, different return conditions may apply depending on the item.

Personalised and Made-to-Order Items

Personalised, engraved, customised, or made-to-order items generally cannot be returned or exchanged simply because you change your mind.

This includes items made using names, dates, messages, designs, photographs, artwork, or other customer-provided details.

Please check all personalisation information carefully before placing your order.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or does not match the personalisation details you provided, please contact us as soon as possible.

Where possible, please include photographs of the item and packaging so we can review the issue quickly.

If the issue is confirmed, we will work with you to provide an appropriate replacement, correction, or refund.

Incorrect Customer Information

We create personalised items using the information submitted with your order.

We cannot usually offer a free replacement or refund if a mistake was caused by incorrect spelling, dates, wording, image selection, or other information provided by the customer.

If you notice an error shortly after ordering, contact us immediately. If production has not started, we may still be able to change it.

Non-Personalised Items

For eligible non-personalised items, please contact us within the applicable return period if you wish to request a return.

Items should normally be unused, in their original condition, and returned with any original packaging where reasonably possible.

Return Shipping

Unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect due to an error on our part, return postage costs may be the responsibility of the customer.

Please contact us before returning anything so we can provide the correct return instructions.

Refunds

Approved refunds will normally be issued to the original payment method.

Processing times can vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
